PURPOSE: A platen apparatus for PCB inspection system is provided to perform correctly an inspection process by fixing a PCB to the boat by a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A platen body(30) has a rotatable structure. A boat(32) is installed along an edge of the platen body in order to fix a PCB. A vacuum formation unit adheres the PCB on a surface of the boat by an absorbing method. The vacuum formation unit includes a vacuum drive source for providing the driving force to form a vacuum state, a vacuum transferring path(36) for transferring the vacuum generation force to the surface of the boat, and a plurality of vacuum holes(37) formed on the surface of the boat.
