PURPOSE: A method for effectively using a voice call waiting tone is provided to supply certain benefits provided from an advertiser to a listener while servicing requested information, and to magnify a voice advertising effect for the advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An advertiser can effectively publicize a desired advertisement by using an effective call waiting tone of a wireless telephone user, while the wireless telephone user can substantially receive discount service benefits. A business model is configured by adopting a stable and continuous payment system between the wireless telephone user and the advertiser.
