A fire smoke cleansing device comprises a particle filter; carbon monoxide filter; a filter for acidic gases; a rectangular house; a filter space; a valve chamber; and a bite mouth piece. A fire smoke cleansing device comprises a particle filter; carbon monoxide filter; a filter for acidic gases; a rectangular house; a filter space; a valve chamber; and a bite mouth piece. The house (1) has inlet openings (3), arranged over an end surface (2), for a gaseous medium. The filter space (5) comprises a particle filter, a catalyst for the oxidation of carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide to remove the carbon monoxide in the gaseous medium, and a filter mass for eliminating acidic gases. The filter mass (6) comprises two one-way valves (9, 13) that provide a controlled flow of gas through the filter space. The bite mouth piece (11), at an opposite end (10) of the house, provides ventilation. An independent claim is included for a tightly closing package containing the fire smoke cleaning device above, a protection equipment for fire smoke influence, and a drying agent.
