IMMOBILIZED MICROORGANISM GIBBERELLA FUJIKUROI STRGA-NG39 PRODUCING GIBBERELLIN WITH HIGH YIELD FOR LONG PERIOD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING GIBBERELLIN EMPLOYING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A microorganism Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39 and a method for producing Gibberellin employing the same microorganism are provided, thereby maintaining high yield of Gibberellin produced from immobilized Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39 for a long period. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39(KCTC 10196BP) is provided, wherein Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39(KCTC 10196BP) is produced by inducing mutation of a Gibberellin producing microorganism isolated from the rice plants infected by Bakanae disease with NTG as a mutation inducing material. The method for producing Gibberellin comprises the steps of: (i) immobilizing Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39(KCTC 10196BP) into a carrier; (ii) culturing the immobilized Gibberella fujikuroi STRGA-NG39(KCTC 10196BP) in a medium, centrifuging the cultured medium, collecting the supernatant, and adding the same amount of fresh medium as the supernatant into the microorganism; (iii) repeating the step (ii) 5 to 10 times and collecting the cultured medium; and (iv) obtaining Gibberellin from the cultured medium.
