PURPOSE: A spray device for sterilizing vehicles is provided to spray medical liquid in a sufficient amount when a vehicle passes by, to minimize a size of a pump or a magnitude of power and to prevent a failure of an apparatus due to frequent operations. CONSTITUTION: The spray device for sterilizing vehicles comprises a high pressure tank, a water supply pump for supplying water, a controlling section for sensing an entrance of a vehicle and controlling a spray, an emergency power supply for interrupting an electric power or driving a spray device in a failure of a pump motor, and an air compressor applying a pressure to the pressure tank and preventing a nozzle from being frozen to burst in winter. Accordingly, the medical liquid is stored in the pressure tank which is filled with high pressure air by pressure of the air compressor and the disinfectant is sprayed with the high pressure.
