PURPOSE: A meat roasting mechanism constituting method for barbecue cooking is provided to prevent sparks from being directly contacted to the meat by a roasting plate and to roast the meat well by adjusting the height of charcoals. CONSTITUTION: A meat roasting mechanism constituting method for barbecue cooking is composed of a barbecue box(1), a charcoal height regulating unit(2), a rotation assist unit(3) for a meat fixing bar for barbecue cooking; a height regulating bar(4), a charcoal plate(5), a meat fixing bar for barbecue(6); a gear(7) for automatic rotation of a motor, a rotation groove(8), a meat roasting plate(9), a meat fixing washer(10), a cover(11), a handle(12), and a rotating plate fixing bar(13). The height of the charcoal plate is adjusted by the height regulating bar according to power of the charcoal and the charcoal is fixed by the charcoal height regulating unit.
