PURPOSE: A rubber band manufacturing device is provided to keep high transparency by extruding thinly liquid containing urethane and cold-ironing the liquid and to naturally match with any colors of bodies by automatically slicing the completely-finished products at a predetermined width and packing the products at predetermined length. CONSTITUTION: A rubber band manufacturing device(A) extrudes urethane liquid into plate-shape half-finished products through a nozzle(30) installed at a discharge side of a heating pipe(21), produces completely-finished products by cooling and drying the extruded half-finished products through a cooling unit(40) and a drying unit, and packs the products sliced by a cutting unit(60) mounted on a frame(61) in a packing unit(90). A foreign material removing unit(35) functioning as a valve is installed between the nozzle and the discharge side of the heating pipe. The cooling unit has plural rollers(43) mounted between brackets(41,41'). The cooling water is inserted or discharged through an inlet(46) and an outlet(47) arranged at both sides by making the inside of the rollers hollow. The drying unit is a fan connected to a motor at the side of the roller and has a grille installed on the upper part to hold constantly the discharge direction. The cutting unit comprises plural blades(65) formed on one surface of a hinge plate(64).
