PURPOSE: A bag making machine is provided to make gags corresponding to user's desire, to exactly feed bags, and to make the quantity of an adhesive agent uniform. CONSTITUTION: A bag making machine comprises a paper supply part(10) supplying paper a sheet by a sheet by a vacuum pump; a horizontal bending line-forming part(25) and a first longitudinal bending line-forming part(30) having a first feed part(20) with an alignment pin; a horizontal adhesive agent spreading part(40) with an adhesive agent-spreading amount adjustment piece; a folding pressing part(50) bending both wing surfaces; a second feed part(60) with a moving pin for feeding a bag where the wing surfaces are folded; and a bag-folding device(100). The bag-folding device comprises a second horizontal bending line-forming part; a feed timing adjustment part with a double helical gear; a longitudinal adhesive agent-spreading part spreading an adhesive agent on the folded wing surfaces in the longitudinal direction; and a bag-folding part folding the bag along the second longitudinal bending line in a state wherein the longitudinal adhesive agent is spread on the bag.
