PURPOSE: An encapsulation apparatus for preventing drooping of a substrate is provided to prevent effectively the drooping the substrate by absorbing each center of regions divided on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate and a cap are opposite to each other within an encapsulation apparatus. A pressure supply unit(300) presses the substrate in order to adhere the substrate and the cap to each other. A first absorption unit(400) absorbs each center of regions divided on the substrate in order to maintain the flatness of the substrate. The divided regions on the substrate are formed with four uniform regions. The second absorption unit(420) absorbs each center of divided regions on the substrate and has the absorbing pressure larger than the absorbing pressure of the first absorption unit.
