PURPOSE: A process of preparing red ginseng-laver by blending a red ginseng extract with seasoned oil and then spraying on the surface of laver is provided. Therefore, the product has a restorative and tonic action of red ginseng, together with nutrients of seaweeds and thus provides health supplementary function. CONSTITUTION: To produce red ginseng-laver, dried laver is roasted, 0.01 to 10% by weight of a red ginseng extract is blended with diluted alcohol, corn germ oil and sesame oil and sprayed on the roasted laver. Thereafter, salt is sprinkled on the laver, the laver is roasted and packed. The content of red ginseng saponin is 0.00182 to 1.83mg/g, based on 2g of red ginseng-laver. |
