PURPOSE: An active fuse device for automobile is provided to minimize the number of fuses by adding an intelligent power module to an electronic time and alarm control system. CONSTITUTION: A fuse is installed in an engine room junction box(2). An intelligent power module(3) includes at least on input terminal connected to the fuse of the engine room junction box and an output terminal connected to an upper head lamp, a lower head lamp, a tail lamp, and an indoor illuminating circuit. The intelligent power module is installed in an electronic time and alarm control system(4). The intelligent power module is used for cutting off flow of current while the over current is applied to the upper head lamp, the lower head lamp, the tail lamp, and the indoor illuminating circuit.
