<p>PURPOSE: A method for removing the condensate of an air conditioner is provided to forcibly discharge condensate by working a drain pump without regard to the signal of a condensate level sensor in the air conditioner stopping for a time or in a forced cooling operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing the condensate of an air conditioner comprises a first step of discharging condensate to the outside by working a drain pump when the air conditioner stops for a time(SP5) and a second step of discharging condensate by turning on or off the drain pump according to the sensed value of a condensate level sensor when the air conditioner doesn't stop for a constant time(SP6).</p> |
