PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing health food containing natural food components for diet, especially by using natural fruits and lotus roots, thereby preventing obesity and caring health. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a walnut by cracking and dipping it in water of 25-30 deg.C for one or one and half hours, deskining its kernel, washing the deskined kernel with purified water and drying it in the shade; collecting jujube flesh only by boiling a jujube in water with weak heat for 1 hour; preparing a dried persimmon by removing it seed and stalk, followed by washing it with purified water and drying it in the air; preparing a lotus seed by removing lotus seeds, adding 50 part by weight of honey syrup to 100 part by weight of seed removed lotus and holding the mixture for 3 hours; preparing a lotus root by washing it with purified water to remove dirts, cutting it into a thickness of 0.5cm, adding 25 part by weight of honey syrup to 100 part by weight of the cut lotus roots and holding the mixture for 30 minutes; mixing the all ingredients above then steaming the mixture for two or two and half hours; preparing Wax gourd(Benincasa hispidia) by boiling it in a cotton bag with water of 100 deg.C, heating it with strong heat for 10-15 minutes, sun-drying it, dipping it in refined alcohol for 48 hours, and sun-drying then powdering it; mixing the Wax gourd(Benincasa hispidia) powder with the above mixture; pulverizing the prepared mixture, making a dough and forming it into a proper shape. |
