PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF MICRON-SIZED POLYMER MICROPARTICLE USING LINE TYPE-ULTRASONIC WAVE

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing micron-sized polymer microparticles homogeneously distributed with microparticles having 0.4-10 microns size without requiring long production time and by simple apparatus and process. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of: dissolving polymer compound in solvent; saturating the solution in aqueous solution containing stabilizing agent; and emulsifying the solution using line type-ultrasonic wave apparatus. The polymer compound is selected from acrylic polymer, bio-degradable polymer or polyamide based polymer in an amount of 0.05-0.4 vol.% relative to volume of the solvent. The solvent is any one selected from formate, chloroform, dichloromethane, dimethyl formamide.
