PURPOSE: Provided are a fluorescent material having excellent lighting effect and expressing high-purity red lighting, an organic EL element having excellent lighting effect and a high-performance organic EL display having excellent lighting effect. CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent material comprises any one or two of perylene compound of formula(1)(wherein two or more among R1-R12 has structure of formula(2)(wherein R13 and R14 are independently aromatic or aliphatic group possibly having substituent; and R13 and R14 may bind together directly or through binding group) and the remainder of hydrogen) and anthanthrene compound of formula(101)(wherein four or more among R101-R112 has structure of formula(102)(wherein R113 and R114 are independently aromatic or aliphatic group possibly having substituent; and R113 and R114 may bind together directly or through binding group) and the remainder of hydrogen).
