PURPOSE: A processing machine of a water hammer absorbing apparatus, and a gas charge device of the water hammer absorbing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to form the water hammer absorbing apparatus easily, and to charge gas in the water hammer absorbing apparatus by adjusting the length of the jig guide in the jig combined with a collet chuck and by inserting the piston simply. CONSTITUTION: A processing machine of a water hammer absorbing apparatus(10) combines an index spindle(12) controlled by a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) unit(11) with a plastic jig(13), and mounts a bite(14) to a tool bar of the index spindle. A collet chuck(15) is installed to fix a copper pipe, and an adaptor(16) is fastened outside the collet chuck to fix the collet chuck to a main shaft(17). The jig is protruded into the collet chuck, and a jig guide is combined with the jig to adjust the length of the copper pipe engaged with the collet chuck. A hydraulic pressure supply unit is connected to a cylinder, and a piston is inserted to the water hammer absorbing apparatus. A forming jig is fixed to the upper part of a base, and the cylinder is fixed to the forming jig.
