POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) RESIN, LEAD-BASED COMPOSITE STABILIZER, CALCIUM-BASED SINGLE-COMPONENT STABILIZER, PROCESSING AID, NANO-SIZED LIGHT CALCIUM CARBONATE, GENERAL LIGHT CALCIUM CARBONATE (COATED WITH STEARIC ACID BY 1 MICROMETER) AND IMPACT MODIFIER, AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: Provided are a poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition which is remarkably improved in impact resistance and tensile strength and is excellent in processability, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride) resin; 2-3 parts by weight of a lead-based composite stabilizer; 0.5-1 parts by weight of a calcium-based single-component stabilizer; 1-4 parts by weight of PA822 as a processing aid; 1-5 parts by weight of nano-sized light calcium carbonate; 3-5 parts by weight of general light calcium carbonate (coated with stearic acid by 1 micrometer); and 2-5 parts by weight of an impact modifier. Preferably the lead-based composite stabilizer comprises trilead sulfate, dibasic lead sulfate, lead stearate, calcium stearate, a wax and stearic acid in a ratio of 2 : 1.5 : 2 : 3 : 0.8 : 0.7 by weight.
