PURPOSE: An antiallergy composition comprising concentrate of underground deep sea water is provided, which concentrate of underground deep sea water contains a large quantity of essential trace elements and minerals which are useful for alleviating or inhibiting an allergy response without side effects. CONSTITUTION: The antiallergy composition comprises the concentrate of underground deep sea water, wherein the concentrate of underground deep sea water is prepared by collecting the underground deep sea water from the underground of 800m or less within 1km from the coast, filtering the collected underground deep sea water with a sand filter to remove impurities, filtering the sand filtered water with an active carbon filter to remove harmful materials and heavy metals, concentrating the filtered water, and repeating the concentration three times; and composition has a formulation selected from coating tablet, powder, granule and capsule.
