PURPOSE: A three-dimensional hologram image display device and a three-dimensional hologram image display system are provided to expand view zone and realize downsize of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional hologram image display device displays a three-dimensional image using a computed interference stripe(that is, a computer hologram). The three-dimensional hologram image display device comprises an optical modulation element(25) and an electric field control part(22). The optical modulation element has an electro-optic effect such that the refraction index changes according to electric field strength. The electric field control part records the interference stripe by changing the electric field strength, which is applied to the optical modulation element, according to the computed interference stripe.
