PURPOSE: An inorganic film, a member for a plasma display panel, and a method for manufacturing the inorganic film and the member for a plasma display panel are provided to obtain a barrier rib having a low dielectricity and a high aspect ratio by using a paste containing two or more types of inorganic powders having different mean particle diameters and softening points. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic film includes a barrier rib having a cross section with an air gap size of 0.1 to 30§, an air gap area ratio of 5 to 75%, an aspect ratio of 1 to 10, and a height of 100 to 800§. A member for the plasma display panel includes the inorganic film. A method for manufacturing the organic film comprises a step of forming, through a sand blast process, a barrier rib pattern on a paste layer containing two or more types of inorganic powders having different mean particle diameters and softening points, and a step of baking the resultant structure.
