PURPOSE: A method for selecting a successful bidder on the EC(Electronic Commerce) using an auction method and a purchase right is provided to enable a user to easily join in auction on the online, and offer a fair/clear successful bidder selecting method to realize a high probability and a lower know-down price without failing the auction. CONSTITUTION: Information for sale goods is provided to the users. The user registers user information for joining in the auction. The purchase right is offered to the user by collecting an EC fee. In case of an event, the purchase right is offered by using mileage of an event providing company. Bidding price received from a user terminal is registered. The successful bidder is selected by selecting the price of the minimum bidder as much as a number of the goods from multiple bidding prices and an acquiring right for the goods is given. A bidding result is informed to the successful bidder and receives knock down price. The goods are delivered to the successful bidder paying the price.
