摘要 PURPOSE: A current control circuit, a semiconductor device and an image capturing device are provided to accurately control the quantity of current flowing through a Hall element and reduce a power supply voltage used for the Hall element to achieve a low-power operation. CONSTITUTION: A current control circuit includes the first current control element(12) for controlling current supplied to a load, the second current control element(13) having a control terminal connected to a control terminal of the first current control element, an impedance element(16) coupled between a power supply and a power supply terminal of the second current control element, and an operational amplifier(14) having the first input port, the second input port and an output port. The first input port is coupled between the power supply terminal of the second current control element, the second input port receives a control signal for controlling intensity of current provided to the load, and the output port is connected to a common connection node of the first and second current control elements.
