PURPOSE: A device and a method for supplying an intelligent network character announce broadcasting service are provided to display characters on a terminal by using USSD(Unstructured Supplementary Services Data), thereby providing an intelligent network announce broadcasting service in real time through an SCP(Service Control Point) and a character broadcasting DB. CONSTITUTION: An SCP(210) performs necessary processing directions for call completing with regards to a service call direction request of an exchange of a wireless network(100), registers USSD character announce broadcasting data in a character broadcasting DB(220), and requests the character broadcasting DB(220) to transmit the USSD character announce broadcasting data. The character broadcasting DB(220) transmits the requested USSD character announce broadcasting data to the SCP(210), to store/manage the broadcasting data in accordance with an intelligent network service announce broadcasting scenario.
