PURPOSE: Provided is a massage cushion with a backrest to adjust arbitrarily an angle of the backrest and perform an efficient massaging by expanding the range of a hitting position using one massager. CONSTITUTION: The massage cushion with an angle-adjustment backrest has a solenoid massager at a mat body and is arranged to hit a human body according to a signal from a control part, wherein the massager comprises a movable driving shaft(11) formed at the central part of a main body; a central body(12c) of an operating lever(12), which is integrated with the massage parts(12a,12b) and fixed on the top of a driving shaft(11); a bearing(14) inserted into both sides of a fixed shaft(13a) of a fixed wheel(13); and a spring(15) inserted into the outer peripheral face of a driving shaft(11), whereby the solenoid massager hits a user by actuating the massage parts in turn.
