PURPOSE: A method for producing a complex composition using new cell signal transduction and the complex composition therefrom are provided, which complex composition is useful for regulating disease such as diabetes by regulating transcription of corresponding genes without using insulin. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a complex composition using new cell signal transduction comprises binding steroid hormone as a carrier with inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate, wherein the complex composition further comprises antibiotics, NADPH, glutathione, vitamine E, vitamin C and selenium; and the steroid hormone easily penetrate the cell membrane to bind with a steroid receptor in cytoplasm, and moves the steroid hormone-receptor complex into a nucleus to regulate transcription of mRNA. The method for producing a complex composition using new cell signal transduction comprises binding melatonin hormone with inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate. |
