PURPOSE: A bearing processing device of a steering wheel for a vehicle and a bearing processing method thereby are provided to increase the productivity by processing many products at a time when processing inner races and outer races of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A bearing processing device is composed of a jig(10) in which an inner race or an outer race of a bearing is installed, a plate(14) mounted in a table of a processing machine with a cutter and combined with the jig, a rail installed in the processing machine for guiding the left and right movement of the table, work holes(11) arranged in the jig to insert and fix the outer race or the inner race of the bearing, and abrasive grooves(12) formed around the work holes. Plural assembling projections are installed in the edge of the plate, and an assembling hole is formed in the edge of the jig and combined with the assembling projection of the plate.
