METHOD FOR FABRICATING FILTER PLATE BY SEQUENTIALLY MIXING, EXTRUDING, MIXING, SINTERING AND MOLDING HDPE, CARBON, BIO CERAMIC AND PRECIPITATED CALCIUM CARBONATE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a filter using HDPE, wherein a filter plate is fabricated by mixing and extruding HDPE, carbon, bio ceramic and precipitated calcium carbonate to prepare various grains, mixing and sintering the grains and heating and molding the sintered grains so that the filter plate produces fresh and taste water. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing filter using HDPE comprises: a step of producing first grains by extruding the mixture after mixing 100 wt.% of HDPE(high density polyethylene) with 1 to 35 wt.% of carbon and 1 to 5 wt.% of bio ceramic; a step of producing second grains by extruding the mixture after mixing 100 wt.% of HDPE with 1 to 40 wt.% of carbon; a step of mixing the first grains with the second grains, sintering the mixture, and freezing the sintered mixture; a step of heating and molding the sintered and frozen material after putting the sintered and frozen material into a mold; and a step of completing molding operation by cooling the mold using freezing air.
