PURPOSE: A form without dismantling is provided to reduce the difficulty on construction, to keep an interval between a form and a pipeline regularly and to improve the work efficiency by reducing the manpower required and excluding the dismantlement of a form after curing the concrete surface. CONSTITUTION: The form(100) without dismantling is composed of many block structures(200) piled on a footing concrete layer at the regular distance and fixed with a fixture(210) inward, a bolt(300) binding up each block structure(200) inserted to the fixture(210) inserted to the block structure(200) and a vertical tie(400) connecting and arranging each block structure(200). The manufacturing method of the form without dismantling comprises the steps of: forming a footing concrete layer by placing concrete to the appointed thickness; forming a form by piling up many block structures fitted with fixtures to face each other at regular distance on the footing concrete layer; interposing vertical ties continuously on the fixture of each block structure; and fastening/binding continuously using many bolts on a head.
