PURPOSE: A disk for a holographic ROM is provided to coat an upper part of a substrate with a protective film in a direction that a reproduction reference light is incident, or to coat upper parts of substrates formed on upper/lower sides of a recording area with the protective film, thereby preventing scratches. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate(300a) transmits an incident reference light. A recording area(310) consists of a polymer, and records data therein. An upper substrate(300b) protects the recording area(310). A protective film(320) is coated on top of the lower substrate(300a), and protects the lower substrate(300a). After a disk is set, interference patterns are recorded in the recording area(310). |
