PURPOSE: A system for enhancing English learning capability fit to education institutions through a CBT(Computer Based Test) method and an operating method thereof are provided to maximize a learning result by making a student perform learning through a server of the education institution and offering English learning data according to the learning result of a student based on a test result. CONSTITUTION: An education institution server(200) comprises an operator server, an education institution management server(210), a network management server(230), a student data part(270), a learning data part(280), a learning management server(240), and a test management server(250). The learning management server searches the English learning data according to a learning progress, and a level based on solved/unsolved problems for a test from the learning data part, and offers it to the connected student. The test management server searches test problems from the learning data part and offers it in order to estimate the learning result according to the learning progress of the connected student. The operator server comprises an operator management server, an education institution data part, and an operator data part.
