PURPOSE: To provide a method for treating drinking water for livestock that is capable of improving growth rate of livestock, flesh of livestock and productivity of livestock. CONSTITUTION: The treatment method of drinking water for livestock comprises the steps of: sending tap water or ground water to an anode chamber(1) of electrolyzer, and impressing DC power supply to the anode chamber from a rectifier(6) to produce electrolyzed acid water; sending the electrolyzed acid water to a neutralization tank(7) in which a packing tower is installed, and injecting air into the packing tower from a blower(10), thereby neutralizing the electrolyzed acid water as aerating the electrolyzed acid water, wherein packing materials including humic substance pellet containing minerals and bivalent and trivalent irons capable of easily eluting various mineral components are packed in the packing tower; sending the neutralized electrolyzed acid water to a cathode chamber(2) of the electrolyzer to produce alkali ionized water; sending the alkali ionized water to a treated water tank(11); sending the treated water of the treated water tank to a magnetizer(13) to produce micro-clustered alkali ionized water by magnetizing the treated water, wherein the magnetizer is installed on a discharge pipe of a treated water transfer pump(12) for supplying drinking water to livestock.
