PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preparing pellet-type non-crosslinked polypropylene foam that is easily molded and recycled because of a melting point of 125-140deg.C and a closed cell content of 80% more. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preparing a pellet-type non-crosslinked polypropylene foam consists of: the 1st extruder(100), which forces the charged raw materials to transfer to an outlet by a driving part; the 2nd extruder(200) connected to the extruder(100), which controls the temperature of the molten polypropylene; a pump(300) connected to the extruder(200), which discharges the molten polypropylene; a homogenized section(400) connected to the pump(300), which breaks the molten polypropylene; and a die section(500) connected to the homogenized section(400), which comprises a discharge part, a cutting part, and a driving part, and mainly cuts the foam into pieces in a predetermined size.
