PURPOSE: A system for automatically detecting and notifying a disaster alarm is provided to reduce a cost and simply implement a radio by internally and eternally having almost every component of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A decoder and a microcomputer, which are externally or internally installed at a radio, detect a digital disaster alarm broadcast start data of digital broadcast as received through a radio wirelessly or through a fixed line in a state that standby power is turned on.
