PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering customized card use information through the wired/wireless communication network are provided to judge/generate/offer customized card use information to a client through a server by reading/offering transaction information formed between a client terminal and a web server to the server. CONSTITUTION: When the client buys goods/services in the web server(180), a storing medium fixes/stores settlement means application policy offering discount, points, or benefit according to the purchase. An interface receives the transaction information from the client terminal(145) or the web server. An extractor or searcher(110) understands a sort of the goods/services by reading the transaction information, and extracts settlement means information to receive the discount, the points, or the benefit from a database by comparing sort information with the settlement means application policy. A card use information generator(115) generates settlement means use application information for recommending the settlement means based on the extracted information. The interface(105) offers the generated information to the client.
