PURPOSE: An assist grip mounted with a lamp and a hook of a vehicle is provided to reduce work processes by mounting a reading light and the hook at the same time as installing the assist grip. CONSTITUTION: In an assist grip, both ends of a knob(200) are combined to hinge units of a body(100) to return by receiving tension of a return spring and accordingly the knob is folded. A reading light(300) comprising an electric bulb(310), a switch(320), and a cover(330) is installed in a recessed unit formed in the central portion of the body. The reading light is positioned in a space between ends of the folded knob. A hook(400) is arranged at one or two sides of lower ends of the hinge units of the body.
