DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING CUTTING HEIGHT OF A HAIR CUTTER BY OPERATING AN OPERATION SWITCH AND A ROTARY DIAL WITHOUT CHANGING A HAND

PURPOSE: A cutting height adjusting device of a hair cutter is provided to operate the hair cutter easily, and to reduce the length of the body by arranging an operation switch and a rotary dial in the body and decreasing the moving distance of fingers in holding the body for cutting. CONSTITUTION: A blade block(4) is composed of comb-shaped fixed blades(2) and movable blades(3), and protruded in the end of a body(1) of a hair cutter. The comb-shaped fixed blade is contacted to the movable blade by sliding. A height adjusting comb(5) is covered on the blade block to protrude and move the blade block easily, and combined with a connecting member of the body. A rotary dial(7) is arranged in parallel with the side of the body and interlocked with the connecting member. The height adjusting comb is moved freely through the connecting member by turning the rotary dial, and an operation switch(8) is formed outside the rotary dial to turn on and off the body.
