PURPOSE: A plate for removing an extraneous matter in a brush is provided to easily remove a bundle of hairs or extraneous matters between the teeth of a brush using the plate capable of vertically moving. CONSTITUTION: The plate(10) for removing an extraneous matter in a brush comprises a punctured part including punctured openings having a position, a size and a number corresponding to those of the teeth(8) of a comb(16) having various shapes and being mounted under a lower end of the teeth. The punctured part moves vertically along shell parts of the teeth, thereby easily removing the extraneous matters or a bundle of hairs trapped between the teeth of the brush. In addition, the plate is removably mounted to the brush, so that it is possible to remove and/or mount the plate as necessary. With the plate having the above structure, it is possible to cleanly use the comb.
