MOBILE TERMINAL FOR MEASURING A BRAIN WAVE AND A METHOD FOR PRESCRIBING WITH RESPECT TO THE MEASURED BRAIN WAVE, PARTICULARLY FOR ALLOWING A USER TO EASILY MEASURE HIS/HER BRAIN WAVE ANY TIME AND ANYWHERE

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal for measuring a brain wave and a method for prescribing with respect to the measured brain wave are provided to allow a user to be diagnosed and prescribed according to his/her brain wave information by transmitting measured brain wave information to a remote diagnosing server through a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a brain wave measurement mode of a mobile terminal(S302). When the user measures a brain wave, a brain wave signal controller of a battery pack feedback-controls a preprocessing amplifier, an intermediate amplifier and a level comparator to maintain strength of the measured brain wave signal at a uniform level(S304). The brain wave signal is transferred to a central processor and processed(S306). When a brain wave measurement termination command is received from the user(S308), the mobile terminal inquires of the user whether to select a call mode or a remote diagnosis mode(S310). When the user selects the remote diagnosis mode, brain wave information stored in a memory unit is uploaded to a remote diagnosis server(S312). When the uploading is completed, the remote diagnosis server inquires of the user whether he/she wants a service for analyzing the uploaded brain wave information(S314). If the user selects an analysis service mode, the remote diagnosis server analyzes the uploaded brain wave information and provides the analysis result to the mobile terminal. The central processor of the mobile terminal displays the analysis result on a display unit(S316).
