SOLID STATE IMAGE SENSING DEVICE FOR OBTAINING IMAGES WITH HIGH QUALITY

PURPOSE: A solid state image sensing device is provided to obtain images with high quality by reducing a noise generated when video signals captured by a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) are transmitted. CONSTITUTION: A solid state image sensing device(10) includes a signal processor(13), a temporary storage unit(32), and a transmission timing controller(31). The signal processor processes a video signal output from a CCD(2). The temporary storage unit temporarily stores the video signal. The transmission timing controller controls output of a transmission timing control signal and provides the transmission timing control signal to the temporary storage unit such that the video signal stored in the temporary storage unit is output during a period other than a video data period of the video signal output from the CCD.
