SPEAKER WITH ENHANCED LOW FREQUENCY BAND CHARACTERISTICS USING BOTTOM NECK OF CONE PAPER BONDED ON DAMPER NECK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce overall height and maximize low frequency band characteristics by bonding a bottom neck of a cone paper on a damper neck. CONSTITUTION: A frame(110) fixes a vibrator and a magnetic circuit. A lower plate(130) passes a magnetic field to supplement the magnetic flux. A magnet(140) supplies a strong and constant DC magnetic flux. An upper plate(150) is implemented on the magnet. A gold-line(172) delivers an electrical signal to a voice coil. The voice coil substantially generates a vibrating force. A damper(180) is implemented inside a lower plate. A cone paper(160) is bonded to a damper neck and a frame to play back a sound source. A dust cap(190) prevents pollutants from getting into the magnetic circuit.
