PURPOSE: An antenna device is provided to allow the antenna device to serve as a radio transmitter/receiver and permit the antenna device to be conveniently connected to an external device for data exchange. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) comprises a radio transmitter/receiver antenna device(140) which is constituted by an USB terminal(141a) such that the antenna device has both an antenna function and a connection terminal function. The antenna device includes an antenna cover(142) covering an end of the antenna device. The antenna cover is arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the end of the antenna device.
