PURPOSE: Provided is an electrode plate for a battery which is charged by midnight power and used for electric home appliances so that it contributes to save energy. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the electrode plate for the battery comprises the steps of: (i) crushing soft lead to powder and mixing 6L of sulfuric acid, 8L of water, silver and lithium powder per 100kg of lead powder for 25-35 minutes to prepare silver cadmium mixture; (ii) coating the silver cadmium mixture to external circumference of a calcium board; (iii) firstly drying the calcium board at 120deg.C and removing water and sulfur powder existed on the surface of the board; (iv) preserving the dried board under 80-95% in humidity and 45-55deg.C at temperature for 18-20 hours; and (v) secondly drying the board under 0% in humidity and 40-50deg.C at temperature for 10 hours to complete the electrode plate. |
