摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An optical property normalization for a transparent electrical device is provided to avoid recognizing electrical components by a naked eye such that the recognition is caused by a difference of an optical property of the electrical components by reducing a variation of an optical property in regions of an electrical device and by increasing average transmission due to reduced reflection and absorption. CONSTITUTION: An electrical device includes a plurality of laterally displaced regions. Each region is substantially transparent with respect to visible light. Each region includes a normalized surface having an optical property of a mutually substantially the same normalized value. One of the regions includes a part of electrical components(106). At least one of the regions has an additive surface under the normalized surface of the at least one of the regions such that the additive surface includes an optical property value which isn't substantially the same as the normalized value. A spectral normalization structure(108) and the additive surface are disposed to make the normalized surface in the at least one of the regions indicate the normalized value.</p>
