PURPOSE: A display panel is provided to prevent crack from occurring at the protrusions formed at the cross portions of first and second electrodes during baking after formation of electrode pattern, by forming reinforcement portions at corners formed by the protrusions and first electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A display panel comprises an electrode structure including cross portions where a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes intersect with each other, and display cells formed at the cross portions. Protrusions(802a) are formed at the cross portions, respectively, in the direction of the second electrodes. One or more reinforcement portions(804a) are formed at the corners formed by the protrusions and the first electrodes.
