PURPOSE: A room cooling device of a vehicle is provided to cool instantaneously a vehicle room by opening a nozzle with a first solenoid valve and then jetting liquid nitrogen when temperature of the room rises suddenly over the external temperature in parking for summer season. CONSTITUTION: A tank fixing box(10) of which one side is opened is composed of vehicle body fixing brackets(16) installed at both inner ends, bent outward, and mounted and fixed to the inside of a trunk of a vehicle; a cushion member(14) disposed in the lower end and fitted with a liquid nitrogen tank(20); and a belt clip(12) arranged on the opened side to prevent separation of the liquid nitrogen tank. The liquid nitrogen tank having a nozzle opened and closed by a safety valve(21) on the upper end is fixed in the tank fixing box by the belt clip. A first solenoid valve(30) is connected with a high pressure metal pipe(31) to open and close the nozzle of the liquid nitrogen tank. A second solenoid valve(40) is settled and installed to both corners of a rear seat of the vehicle room by a fixing bracket(46), one end of the second solenoid valve has a nozzle(42), the other end is connected to the high pressure metal pipe of the first solenoid valve, and a fog pin(44) of which clearance and center are regulated by a fog pin regulating nut(43) is installed at the upper end of the nozzle. One side of a remote receiving actuator(50) coupled to a battery(110) all the time is connected to the first solenoid valve and the other side is linked to the second solenoid valve to spray liquid nitrogen like fog into the vehicle room by a signal of an outer transmitter(51).
