MOVABLE TYPE AUTOMATIC PAINTING SYSTEM FOR HULL SHELL WHICH CONSISTS OF TELESCOPIC THREE-STEP COLUMNS

PURPOSE: Provided is a movable type automatic painting system for use in a hull shell which consists of telescopic three-step columns, to maintain uniform painting quality and increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: The movable type automatic painting system(or reciprocator) for use in a hull shell includes an error-less automatic spray gun(26) that is installed on a carriage(2) driven by a driving motor, so that the spray gun(26) is able to move in every direction, a hydraulic cylinder(9) for carrying a transfer carriage(8) mounted on the reciprocator to a desired height where the painting process needs to be performed, and telescopic three-step lift supports such as columns(7) that are driven by chain or winch method.
