The device has two contacts (6, 8) that are isolated by an isolating material (7). A potential difference creating mechanism (3) establishes ground pressure by a spring (9), for creating a potential difference between the contacts. The potential difference is canceled during isolation of the contacts to manage alerts e.g. siren, triggering signal. An emergency battery is connected to a battery of a vehicle. The contacts (6, 8) are connected to a high voltage power station (1) and an alarm system (2), respectively.
