PURPOSE: A pixel element substrate, a display device, an electronic device, and a method for manufacturing the pixel element substrate are provided to apply a uniform driving voltage to each of pixels and prevent a light-emitting region from being narrowed. CONSTITUTION: A display device is formed by bonding a pixel element substrate(100) and a driving circuit board(200). The pixel element substrate has a surface on which a plurality of pixel elements are arranged. The driving circuit board includes a driving circuit for the plurality of pixel elements. The driving circuit board includes a plurality of connection terminals disposed on the surface of the driving circuit board facing the pixel element substrate, such that the connection terminals are connected to the driving circuit for the pixel elements. The pixel element substrate includes a plurality of pixel electrodes(112) formed on a translucent substrate; the pixel elements formed on the pixel electrodes such that respective ends of the pixel elements are arranged in the vicinity of each other; common electrode wires for commonly connecting the other respective ends of the pixel elements to each other; bank regions for separating the pixel elements from each other so as to define regions of pixel elements; and a plurality of individual electrode wires for connecting the connection terminals of the driving circuit board and the corresponding pixel electrodes of the pixel elements via through holes(116) formed in the bank regions.
