PURPOSE: Provided is a cost-effective method for forming a paint coating layer to prevent oxidation of paint, protect the paint from dusts and stains and thus, to expand lifespan of paint in general. CONSTITUTION: The paint coating layer is made of specific resins selected from a group that consists of acryl resins, vinyl resins, SBR resins, urethane resins, fluoropolymeric resins, and a mixture thereof. The coating layer makes sure that the paint is not exposed to air and easily oxidized. Also, the paint coating layer protects the paint from possible dusts and stains in the air. In general, a roller is utilized to apply the paint coating layer on the paint. Resultantly, the lifespan of the paint is increased markedly.
