PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of polyglycidylether which simply produces polyglycidylether in high yield, which shows excellent friendliness with organic solvent and water. CONSTITUTION: The production process of polyglycidylether comprises the steps of: (i) mixing polyvalent alcohol and epichlorohydrin with Lewis acid catalyst at 120-180deg.C to produce halo-hydrin ether; and (ii) reacting halo-hydrin ether with strong alkali and dehydrating, in which the polyvalent alcohol is desirably selected from compounds represented by formula 1a, 1b and 1c where R1 and R2 are independently -H or -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2OH and n is an integer of 1-4, R3 is -H, R4 is -OH and R5 is -H.
